Nick has built his career around a simple idea: business owners should be able to rely on their accounting without having to manage every piece of it themselves.
His early career included nearly seven years at CBIZ, where he developed deep tax and accounting experience, followed by financial leadership at Eagle Brook Church. Those experiences gave him exposure to both the technical demands of accounting and the systems and processes required to manage a complex organization well.
Nick later helped build Nuance Financial around an outsourced accounting model designed specifically for small businesses. Rather than separating bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and financial reporting into disconnected relationships, his approach brings them together so owners have a more complete financial picture — and more time to focus on running the business.
