A CPA with a Master of Science in Taxation, Dmitry founded Dukhon Tax in 2011 and grew it into a modern accounting firm serving clients across the U.S. and internationally. Building and running the firm gave him firsthand experience with many of the same decisions his business clients face—from managing growth and cash flow to navigating compliance and planning ahead.
Today, Dmitry leads tax work at Numera, combining technical depth with the practical perspective of someone who has spent his career both advising business owners and being one himself.
