Big-company discipline. Small-business perspective
Traci brings a deep foundation in accounting, audit, technology, and controls to businesses that need their financial operations to become more reliable as they grow. Her experience helps her look beyond whether the books are complete to understand whether the processes, systems, and financial information behind them are working the way they should.
Traci began her career with Price Waterhouse in financial and technology auditing before moving into audit and technology roles with large companies. She later served in project management and director-level positions responsible for technology control functions, developing experience at the intersection of financial processes, systems, risk, and operational discipline.
Today, Traci brings that experience to Numera’s SMB Practice. She understands that growing businesses rarely need more complexity for its own sake. They need accurate financial statements, dependable processes, and practical systems that give owners better visibility into the business and create a stronger foundation for what comes next.

Financial infrastructure built for growing businesses
Small businesses often develop their financial processes one need at a time. As the company grows, those processes can become disconnected, reporting gets harder to trust, and systems that once worked well start creating more work than they solve.
Traci helps business owners bring greater structure to that environment. Drawing on her accounting, audit, technology, and controls background, she helps businesses strengthen the processes behind their financial statements and build a finance function that can keep pace with greater complexity.
