The books, done right, every month
Taylor has spent his career on the delivery side of accounting, where the work is turning commitments into clean books, on schedule, for many clients at once. Over eight years he has worked with more than 500 businesses, and the lesson that has stuck is that consistency is the product. A business owner does not need a brilliant month. They need every month to be right.
He began at KPMG Spark, KPMG’s online bookkeeping service for small businesses, where he moved from accountant to leading an account team. At Decimal he ran customer delivery for a fast-growing book of startup and small business clients, and in 2026 he joined Numera with that team when Numera acquired Decimal’s direct services business. Along the way he earned his Master of Accountancy from Utah Valley University.
Today Taylor leads client services for Numera’s SMB Accounting practice. He oversees day-to-day delivery, develops the accountants doing the work, and maintains the standards clients rely on. He cares about getting the details right and about every client feeling like they have someone in their corner who knows their business.

Accounting you don't have to chase
Most small business owners who outsource their accounting have the same complaint. The books show up late, a question sits unanswered for a week, or the person who knew the business leaves and the new one starts from zero.
Taylor’s job is exceptional delivery. He leads the team that keeps the books for hundreds of small businesses, and he’s built the standards and the structure that make consistency possible at scale: a team that knows each client’s business, a close that lands on time, and someone accountable when a question comes in. Owners get accounting they can stop thinking about, which is the point.
