Doreen joined Numera as CEO in 2026 after more than two decades at Grant Thornton, where she led the national tax practice and served on the firm’s board. As National Managing Partner of Tax Services, she set up the firm’s shared services center in Bangalore. In California, she brought six offices together as one team across audit, tax, and advisory.

As Managing Partner in Honolulu, one of the first women to hold that role in Hawaii, she led an office named the #1 Best Place to Work in Hawaii twice. It made no headcount reductions through the 2007–08 downturn.

Her board experience includes oversight of finance, partner matters, retirement plans, private equity investment, and CEO transitions. Across her work, Doreen has helped organizations navigate complex decisions while building strong teams and supporting business growth.

She succeeds founder Sandeep Shroff, who continues at Numera as Chief AI Transformation Officer.
