Sandeep has spent his career at the intersection of finance, technology, and entrepreneurship. Over the last 15+ years, his work has centered on serving as a CFO to startups – helping founders raise capital, build financial infrastructure, plan for growth, and make consequential decisions with better information.
He began his career as a Wall Street analyst before moving into entrepreneurial and operating roles, including Vice President of Finance and Operations at Gridstone Research and founder of Get Me Research.
Sandeep later founded myStartUpCFO with a vision to build a full-stack finance organization for growing companies while creating greater opportunities for women to participate in the workforce. That business became the foundation for what is now Numera, where he continues to bring a founder’s perspective to the financial challenges facing other founders.
