Gabe is considered an expert in fire district and ambulance operation finances. In addition to providing CFO services to the districts he works with, he has been hired to consult for many local city departments.

His career in public accounting began during his junior year at Arizona State University, at a small family accounting firm where he learned the fundamentals of accounting and client service. After graduating, Gabe earned his paramedic license and worked in EMS while continuing with the firm, where he quickly rose to Vice President.

Always driven by a passion for helping people, Gabe found that his focus was accounting rather than medicine. His time in the field still shapes how he works: he understands what sits on the other side of a district’s budget, and he brings that perspective to helping public safety leaders reach their goals.
